WAGON SERVICE

$500 MINIMUM (SUN-FRI) / SATURDAYS $700 MINIMUM

Within Kerr County Only  / Four Hour Service window -  7AM - 7PM

After Hours / Additional Service Hours: ADD $40 / Hour

Outside of Kerrville $2 per mile  (calculated by Google maps ‘Kerrville TX’ to ‘your address’)

FAQ & INFO

WHATS UP WITH THE MINIMUMS?

In order for us to cover our prep, staffing and operation costs - we have set service minimums.

By Booking us for an event, you are guaranteeing Gross sales will meet the minimum, or you cover the difference.

HOW DOES THAT WORK?

We keep detailed Sales records during your event.  After service - sales will be totaled and we will send you a statement.

If the Minimum isn’t met - then we will bill you for the difference.


WHAT IF THE VENUE WANTS TO COVER PART OF THE SALES?

 (IE - you want to provide your employees a coffee and they can buy their own food if they choose  OR  you’re providing food & beverage for event volunteers but event guests are able to shop with us too)

The simplest way we’ve found to do this is to issue ‘cupons’ in a set amount for the sponsored portion - say - $5 per guest.  You hand out the coupons (and therefore control how many sales you’re sponsoring).  Your recipient then spends the coupon with us - and we charge them any difference for their individual purchase over the designated coupon amount. We can provide the cupons or you can find inexpensive numbered tickets at Walmart.

At the end of your event - we tally the coupons received and bill them to your organization.

WHAT IF I JUST WANT CATERING SERVICE FOR X NUMBER OF GUESTS?

Great!  Tell us how many people and make your Menu selections!  We’ll Charge $3/head for Beverages and $4/snacks / $5/breakfast / $7/lunch (and so on).  Just be sure to meet the minimum.  Coffee for 20 doesn’t get you there.  If you want to get your money’s worth -  add some snacks, or we’re happy to sell you some bagged coffee or KCups ($10/bag/box)  to make up the difference.  Browse our website bakery menu if you want more food options or tell us what you had in mind - we can accommodate most requests.

HOW DO I LOCK IN A DATE?

Contact us and discuss your event.  If your date is available - you can reserve it with a $500 deposit for Wagon service, or $200 for the Airpot service.  You’ll get a statement and applicable refund mailed within 48 hours of your event.

Deposits are refundable at 50% with 2 weeks or more notice. Deposits with less than two weeks notice are not refundable - but we will apply it to a rescheduled date.
