SHIPPING AND DELIVERY INFORMATION

Most of our wagons are not eligible for conventional shipping methods and are Hand Delivered by us to you. This has many advantages - it allows us to give you an in-person setup & orientation on the features of your wagon. We also have a lot of experience with transporting this unusual type of cargo, and intimate knowledge on the strength of the build so your wagon is not damaged during transport to you.

We are happy to obtain a quote for delivery with Freight Center - and will provide you with the quotes for delivery vs shipping for you to choose.

Unless you are an EXPERIENCED cargo transporter - We DO NOT recommend customer pickup of most wagons. The wheel base is too narrow for a conventional auto-hauler. The overhead height is too high for most enclosed trailers. A flatbed trailer will work - but there are some peculiar logistical challenges loading/unloading onto a flatbed without damaging your wheels. To secure the load - multiple heavy-duty ratcheting straps are needed, as well as Custom built bracing and possible modifications to your trailer deck. For long distance hauls - you will encounter challenges such as Security & Parking for multi-day travel, overhead height restrictions and dealing with road-vibration damage to your wagon. If you DO decide you want to take-it-on, we spend the better part of a day with you to load and secure your wagon - and charge accordingly. Do yourself a favor - let us handle this difficult task, and bring your wagon to you.
