Our very favorite here on the Homestead. We developed this roast during the historic TX ‘Snowmageddon’ storm of 2021. With the power out and the pipes frozen - we kept our homestead (including eight new baby goats) - warm by roasting coffee. The Wheels weren’t quite comin’ off, but it was close…and “broken spoke” was born.

Light & smooth flavor. Heavier body. Notes of vanilla. Maybe it was just the snow, but this guy hits the spot.
