Reservation fee will be credited towards total build cost.

Fee is full refundable up to 30 days prior to scheduled build start date. Cancellations within 30-14 days are 50% refundable. Cancellation with less than 2 weeks notice is not refundable.

Rescheduled build reservations become non-refundable.
