CRITTERS

Currently Available:

Fertilized Hatching eggs. $5/doz. Barnyard Mix. Our current roos are Mr. Handsome (Red Jungle Fowl mix) and Fred (Silver Laced Wyandotte Mix). Our Hens are Reds, Buff Orphington, Wyandotte, Australorp and Leghorn. Our hatching eggs are a mix of all of the above. Hatched Chicks will be 50/50 Male/Female. You’re on your own if you end up with excess roos!

Check back in April 2025 for hatched chicks.

POULTRY PROCESSING

Accidentally ended up with Meaties? Deliberately grew meatbirds - but can’t find a processor. We can process your meatbirds $5/bird - Minimum $50. Give us a few weeks heads-up for a processing date.

COFFEE ROASTING

Come visit the Shooter Shack Roastery. Learn how coffee makes its way to your mug. Sit around our chuck wagon picnic table - Taste different origins, roasts and get hands on with your own batch of beans. Fun Couples date-night or Vacation Day-trip activity. You’ll bring home 1lb of your own hand-roasted coffee in a souvenir bag. $25/person. Groups of up to 8. Please call to schedule 830-370-7476.
