We’re not Coffee snobs. Todd builds. Genelle bakes. We’re up with the Roosters & workin’! We drive trucks and tractors & our boots have mud on them. WE want a locally produced cup-o-joe that tastes like good coffee to get us moving for a day of hard work on the homestead.

Our coffee IS roasted to bring out the best in our high quality - responsibly sourced - single origin beans. But we’ve never had a cup that tasted like sour cherries and créme fraiche, and we’re not gonna pretend we have. If you are looking for tasting notes like ‘Hints of blackberry with a Mesquite Honey finish’….well…..we hear they’ve got lots of that in Austin.
